Well, the playoff round in Oslo had finished and it was time for us to move on up to Lillehammer. Here have we taken a break in Hamar since Johnny who had taken the MC up to Oslo was to leave it in Hamar for service. Here can we see three tired guys. Gab, Jorgen and Wiruz waiting for Johnny to finish.
Lilleman surprised us all by show us what a champion he is when it comes to winning money from machines. He managed to win about 160 Euros inside a restaurant on the way to Lillehammer. What he is holding in his hand is norwegian 20-Crown coins. And can you belive that he managed to do the same thin again in Lillehammer some days later.... Amazing! I am your best friend Lilleman.
We´re closing in...
Finally in Lillehammer. Here has Svea Svin and Ruskiga Rojarna sat down in the beer hall that was located to the opposite of the arena and tries to calm dow with cigarettes and Alcohol which can never be wrong. After a while did a journalist come by and wrote a big article about us all. (The article will apper on the presssite shortly)
The same day that we arrived in Lillehammer there was a game NOR-AUT. But it wasn´t until the swedish supporters arrived that things started to rock inside the arena. But despite our efforts it was hard to get the nowegians into motion.
Ruskiga Rojarna had also this year decided to stay at a hotel during the championships so we took off up to Nordseter that was located about 15 kilometers up in the mountains from Lillehammer. Things started to look bad since it was more and more snow the further up we came...
And more snow...
And even more snow! It´s unbelivable that it can be this cold in the middle on May, brrrr...
Before the game SWE-FIN is our european brothers in Svea Svin International preparing with a finnish so called "Warmask". It is Andrew Atkin from Austria that helps Jukka from finland to get painted.
Here do we really have the gang that comes from the country of 10000 lakes filled with Koskenkorva Vodka. The guy in the middle is Mikka "Sauna" Rummukainen that lives in Helsingfors and he has been around for as long as we can remember, a real superdude to get really drunk together with!!!
Once back down in Lillehammer we played our first game against the finns and Lilleman is holding on to the tradition from last year in Zürich and is carrying Fredner around the arena on his shoulders. A sight that the norwegians will never forget.
It was a good game and Sweden did for the first time during this championship play really good. Sweden finished their attacks and didn´t fool arund as much as they had done in earlier games.
Johnny did therefore think that the match was won and took a nap during the game. It looks as if the Alcohol is doing a good job.
