Almost like Russia. The staff at the hotel that had our keys didn't
speak one word English so it was a mess like never before when
we were to get to our rooms. But everything worked out fine with
(a lot of) patience.
|
At the hotel it was time for the rest of the gang to get their
hockey jerseys on. Gabbe sold one of his to Matte and borrowed
one other to Peter The Drunk.

Hotel Samson-style at the rooms, but much nicer and finer. Jörgen
had made a very good job getting room for us at the student-hotel.
|
Patrik makes sure that the Swedish flag is arranged in his and
Gabbes room. Nice!

Going through the agenda and warming up with some drinks.
|
That's the way! Just keep pouring. Yet another advantage with
the room were that there were refrigerators in them. normal for
an ordinary hotel, yes. but for being a student shack it was a
really nice initiative from the owners.

Just by the hotel, on crawling-distance was a little pub. The
first night in Ostrava we went to this little place. Jörgen
made himself very popular by screaming:
-Beeeer for evveryoann in
here!!!
The prizes in Ostrava were so exceptionally low that no one
thought that Jörgen had so much anxiety the day after for the
money spent there. |
